Open a Support RequestBefore reporting a problem
- Confirm the guess contains exactly five letters.
- Check that each tile matches the puzzle’s gray, yellow, or green feedback.
- Use Undo if the candidate list becomes empty after incorrect feedback.
- Use Reset to begin a fresh solving session.
- Include your device model and iOS or iPadOS version in the report.
About recommendations
- H — Entropy: higher is better; it estimates information gained.
- E — Expected Remaining: lower is better; it estimates the average number of candidates left.
- W — Worst Bucket: lower is better; it represents the largest possible remaining group.
- ✓ Candidate: the suggestion is still a possible answer.
